The neon is initially surreal but their planes feel more comfortable.

I can’t help picturing the lights repeatedly flickering off-on, starting at the back of the plane and moving forward, getting faster and faster… until a beam of light shoots out of the front of the plane and destroys Alderan 🙂
Oh, my, wouldn’t that be weird. The really weird thing is the neon *works* – the flights just seem much more pleasant.
“I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced. I fear something terrible has happened.” No, they’re just being pulled aside for additional inspection by the (US) TSA.
