Woo-Hoo! Break out the suntan lotion!!
After the third weekend in January, it is again daylight at 5:00 PM around here. An occasion we look forward too every year, to be sure.
I don’t have much time to find my sunglasses (in the annual “Where the hell did I put them?” search)
For some reason, it’s the day with the earliest sunset (not the least daylight) that is the most depressing to me. We usually pass that day a few days before solstice, so I already feel like the wheel of the year is turning.
